Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order will ship according to the estimated timeline provided on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. The Melt Method is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Melt Method is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
